A little about me and my company:
Hi, my name is Ralph Glass and I have been in the construction business since 1980. My brother Dave and I started our own business in 1986.
Construction has always been my passion. I can actually recall being in kindergarten where they had tools and materials to work with and I can remember thinking "this is what I want to do when I grow up..." My father was a general contractor and when I was about ten years old, he began taking me along with him on his custom jobs in Lynn Ranch....my dream started becoming a reality.
I love my work because I am able to utilize my creativity and it's very rewarding. I'm a craftsman and greatly enjoy stepping back at the end of a project to see the work we have created. It is such a pleasure to observe our happy clients when their dreams are fulfilled.
Often, I also have the pleasure of working with my wife who is an accomplished interior designer. She is able to add a special touch to some of our projects when our clients choose to work with her as well. It's very rewarding to work with her on projects from the design to finish.
We are able to do most of the trades on our projects ourselves and don't have a need to sub-out much of our work. Most of our clients greatly appreciate this fact because it means the we are on the job every day, avoiding too many workmen coming and going.
